Everything I Do for a Tucson Client, on One Page
One person does the work. One flat fee covers all of it. Nothing below is an add-on, an upsell, or a separate line item.
Most agency service menus are built to be shopped: pick technical SEO, add content, bolt on reviews, upgrade to Google Business Profile management. I do not work that way, because the pieces do not work that way. Content on a slow, badly structured site does not rank. A perfectly optimized Google Business Profile pointing at a website that cannot convert wastes the call it earned. So the pages below describe the individual disciplines in detail — but in practice you get all of them, every month, for $1,000.
The short version
- $1,000 a month, month to month, no contract.
- Google Business Profile management is included, not sold separately.
- 3 to 10 new pages of original, locally written content every month.
- I do the implementation myself — copy, schema, CSS, HTML. No handoff to a junior team.
- Deliberately small client roster, so I know your site rather than your ticket number.
The six areas the work falls into
Each page below goes deep on one discipline: what I check, what I change, and how it shows up in rankings and calls. Read the one that matches the problem you already know you have.
Local SEO and Google Rankings
Keyword research grounded in what Tucson buyers actually type, then service pages and location pages built to match that intent. Citations, NAP consistency, internal linking, and the monthly rank and traffic reporting that tells you whether any of it is working.
Start here if the goal is simply “more calls from Google.”
Technical SEO
Crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, page speed, schema markup, redirect chains, orphaned pages, and the dozen structural faults most agencies never open the page source to check. I verify every fix against the rendered HTML, not a third-party dashboard.
Start here if your content is good and your rankings still are not.
Content Creation
Three to ten new pages a month, written for your market and your service territory — not generic filler with “Tucson” pasted into the headings. Service pages, neighborhood pages, and articles that answer the questions your prospects ask before they call.
This is the compounding part. It is also the part almost everyone underfunds.
Website Design and Build
WordPress sites built to be crawled, read on a phone, and converted from. Clean markup, fast templates, obvious calls to action, and a structure that can absorb a hundred new pages without turning into a maze.
Start here if your site looks a decade behind your competitors’.
Reviews and Reputation
A repeatable way to ask for reviews, a habit of responding to them, and monitoring so a bad week does not quietly become a bad year. Reviews feed local rankings and they are usually the last thing a prospect checks before dialing.
Start here if you are losing to a competitor with worse service and better stars.
Google Business Profile
Categories, services, products, hours, photos, posts, and Q&A — maintained monthly, not claimed once and abandoned. For most local businesses the profile outperforms the website for immediate calls.
Included in the monthly fee. A profile audit costs nothing, whether or not you hire me.
What the $1,000 actually buys
| Included every month | What that looks like in practice |
|---|---|
| Technical audit and repair | Ongoing, not a one-time report. Problems get fixed, then verified in the live page source. |
| New content | 3 to 10 original pages a month, written to your keyword lanes and your service area. |
| Google Business Profile management | Maintained monthly. Not an add-on, not a separate product, not outsourced to software. |
| Citations and NAP consistency | Name, address, and phone audited across directories and corrected where they drift. |
| Review strategy | A process your staff can follow, plus monitoring and response guidance. |
| Site changes and design work | Copy, layout, CSS, HTML, and schema edits as the campaign needs them. I implement them myself. |
| Two reports a month | A keyword rank report and a traffic report, so progress is measurable rather than asserted. |
| Spam link review | Checked quarterly and disavowed. Every site accumulates junk links. |
| Contract | None. Month to month. If the work stops producing, you stop paying. |
Paid advertising is the one thing I do not run. If you need Google Ads, I will tell you so and point you somewhere sensible rather than learn it on your budget.
How the first ninety days usually go
- Weeks 1–2 — Diagnosis. Full technical crawl, profile audit, competitor teardown, and a keyword map that assigns one primary intent to each page you have or need. You see the findings whether or not we continue.
- Weeks 2–4 — Foundation. Indexing and speed faults fixed, schema corrected, Google Business Profile rebuilt, citations cleaned up. This is the unglamorous month that makes the next five work.
- Weeks 4–12 — Production. New pages ship every month against the keyword map. Reviews start accumulating. Rank reports begin showing movement on long-tail terms first, competitive terms later.
Local SEO is cumulative, not immediate. The air conditioning company that went from one truck to thirteen did not do it in a quarter — it did it by never skipping a month. Read the case studies if you want the long version.
Start with the free audit
I will look at your site and your Google Business Profile and tell you what is actually wrong with them. No obligation, no pitch deck, no contract to sign afterward.
Who this fits, and who it does not
It fits local service businesses — home services, dental and medical practices, law firms, automotive, contractors — that want one accountable person handling the whole search presence and are willing to give it a year.
It does not fit national ecommerce, businesses that need results inside thirty days, or anyone looking for the cheapest possible monthly invoice. There are agencies that will take $300 a month from you. They will also do roughly $300 a month of work.
I have been doing search marketing since 1990, and I ran two internet marketing companies before this one. The roster stays small on purpose: I would rather know six sites thoroughly than sixty superficially.
Questions about how the engagement works
Can I buy just one of these services?
Generally no, and the reason is not upselling. The disciplines depend on each other — content needs a technically sound site, the site needs content to rank, and both need the profile and the reviews to convert local searches. Splitting them out produces a campaign that looks busy and moves nothing. The exception is a standalone website build, which we can discuss separately.
Is Google Business Profile management priced separately?
No. It is part of the $1,000 a month for every client. I do not sell it as a standalone service or as an add-on tier. A profile audit is free, and you are welcome to take the findings and implement them yourself.
What does the $1,000 not cover?
Third-party costs that are genuinely yours: hosting, domain registration, premium plugin licenses, stock photography, and any advertising spend. I do not mark those up. Everything I personally do — strategy, writing, technical work, design, reporting — is inside the fee.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
Neither. It is month to month, cancel whenever you like. I would rather earn the next month than enforce the last eleven. That said, local SEO rewards patience, and clients who leave at month three generally leave before the compounding starts.
Who actually does the work?
I do. The copywriting, the schema markup, the CSS and HTML, the profile updates, the reporting. There is no account manager relaying your requests to a production team, which is also why the client list is short.
How do I know whether it is working?
Two reports a month — keyword rankings and website traffic — plus the number that matters most, which is how many calls and forms you are getting and where they came from. If the trend is flat for a sustained stretch, I would rather have that conversation than keep invoicing.
